Top Tier Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with our client, a well-established and reputable logistics company based in the LA3 2UZ area.
The role involves multidrop Class 1 deliveries, carrying palletised goods using curtainside vehicles. Drivers will be responsible for completing deliveries safely and efficiently, carrying out daily vehicle checks, completing relevant paperwork and following all company and transport procedures.
We have opportunities available for drivers looking for regular temp-to-perm work, as well as drivers looking for ADHOC shifts.
Expected Shift Times:
- Days: Approximately 07:00 – 17:00
- Days: Approximately 08:00 – 18:00
- Predominantly Monday to Friday
- Weekend work may also be available
Final start times and shift patterns will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
Pay Rates
Monday – Friday: £17.75 per hour
Saturday & Sunday: £18.75 per hour
Weekly Pay
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience preferred
- Reliable and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Safety-focused attitude
- Comfortable with multidrop, curtainside and pallet work
